This module requires mindfulness around daily habits. It explores the causes and behaviours that keep us stuck in negative thinking and fear states. We'll address the contributors of stress and anxiety as well as solutions to limit and dispel them.
TRUE YOGA : THE PHILOSOPHY & SCIENCE OF MEDITATION
A step by step guide on the science, philosophy and technique of this ancient practice. It encompasses conscious breathing to get you out of your mind and into the body, all while sitting effortlessly.
Mantras have been used since the dawn of time by tribes and ancient cultures. A mantra is a word, set of words or sounds used to aid the mind in concentration.
This module explores ancient mantras for their utility and purpose.
BINAURAL FREQUENCY : BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT
This module explores the neuroscience and physiology of the brain when undertaking a sonic binaural meditation session. It is the modern age technological hack to induce meditative states by simply using headphones.
